CCM Jetspeed Youth 40 Stick

The 2020 CCM JetSpeed youth ice hockey sticks are loaded with technologies found on the senior and pro models but are designed to give the younger player excellent feel and a stick that will help them develop as hockey players.

This high performing stick is scaled down to best suit the needs of the younger player. Starting with the flex ratio, this stick helps players load their stick while providing tons of support for great stickhandling and passing. In addition, the low flex allows players to put more of their weight into their shots, making it easier to shoot while the player is still growing and developing. At 40-flex and 51 inches tall, this stick is the stiffest in the youth line, geared for youths who still need a smaller, more flexible stick than a junior build.

CCM has constructed the shaft out of the same technology found on the top of the line senior models. This state of the art, high performing carbon fabric is uniquely woven to make the stick both durable and lightweight. This shaft is specifically designed for the younger player, making the shaft easier to hold, improving feel and comfort. 

The stick comes with a full grip feel. This is yet another element to help the younger player, making it easier for them to control the stick and harder for the stick to turn and shift in their hands. 

Finally, the blade is constructed with a specific curve, size and lie angle to help young players control the puck and improve shooting technique. The P28 youth blade is built from a carbon weave that increases stiffness to the blade. This feature both improves the durability of the blade and improves feel, something that parents and players will enjoy. 

A blank name tag on the shaft lets players add a personalized element to their stick, making it easy to add your name and number.
